Summit Savory ​-​ Gourmetfestival in Damüls

On Friday, September 25, the Summit Savoury will take place at the Panoramahotel Alpenstern.

When culinary arts meet mountain landscapes, a space for special encounters is created. Since 2023, selected chefs, winemakers, distillers, and producers have gathered at the Alpenstern for the Summit Savoury to share their passion, their craft, and their products with guests.
 
At various tasting stations, they invite you to sample, discover, and engage in personal exchange. It's not only about taste, but also about the stories behind it: Where does a wine come from? What makes a special spirit? How is a dish created that stays in memory?
 
The Summit Savoury is not a classic gourmet evening nor a trade fair. It is a delightful journey through culinary arts, craftsmanship, and hospitality – with time to taste, ask questions, and enjoy.
