Bring along
For the yoga classes, please bring:
- a mat and a seat cushion, and if you have them, blocks and a yoga strap.
Comfortable, adaptable, homemade half-moon cushions can be purchased from me.
We practice in comfortable clothing. If you like to be cozy, feel free to bring a blanket. For the more intensive flow sessions, having something to drink is very practical.
A good tip is to avoid eating about 1-2 hours before the session to make movement easier.
