The Rauhnächte invite you to let go of the old and consciously welcome the new. This course is an invitation to feel the special energy of the Rauhnächte with all your senses and connects traditional knowledge with modern inspirations around rituals and incense. Herbs, resins, and woods unfold their special power while a mindfulness exercise creates space for calm, clarity, and new impulses. At the end, an individual incense blend will be prepared, accompanied by a script with background knowledge and ritual ideas. Course materials are included in the price. A fitting preparation for a conscious design of the upcoming Rauhnächte!
