Before the regular daily operation, take the cable car to a relaxing yoga session at 1,800 meters with mountain panorama. Afterwards, a regional mountain breakfast at the Sonnenkopf mountain restaurant is optionally available.

A special start to the day: Before the first guests visit Sonnenkopf, you float up in the gondola into the alpine morning calm. 45 minutes before the regular operating hours, the Sonnenkopfbahn takes you exclusively to an altitude of around 1,800 meters.
Nestled in the impressive mountain backdrop of the Klostertal, a roughly one-hour yoga session begins. Surrounded by fresh mountain air, reflecting water, and the tranquility of nature, the connection of movement, breathing, and relaxation is at the center. The session is designed to welcome both yoga beginners and experienced participants.

In small groups of up to 10 participants, the special atmosphere directly by the water is utilized: The yoga session takes place on the platform at Bärensee. For a larger number of participants, the sun terrace at the Bergrestaurant Sonnenkopf provides the right setting for collective practice – with ample space and an impressive view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

After this special break in the mountains, there is an option to wind down the morning with a mountain breakfast at the Bergrestaurant Sonnenkopf. With regional products and a diverse selection, it is the perfect conclusion to an extraordinary morning.
