The Klostertal Culinary Rally on the Water – a culinary experience of a special kind. Five courses, five restaurateurs, and five extraordinary locations by the water.
In the alpine water realm Klostertal, the element water plays an essential role.
Roaring waterfalls, crystal-clear mountain lakes, idyllic water spots – and meandering through the entire valley is the Alfenz.
As part of the Klostertal Culinary Rally, guests can expect the best of regional cuisine at five selected stations – prepared by five top chefs and accompanied by exquisite wines. Whether directly by the water or with an impressive view of the Mason Waterfall: each station offers a unique experience.
From course to course, travel is relaxed by bus – with musical accompaniment and wonderful views of the Klostertal landscape.
The event takes place only in good weather. No later than 3 days before the event, we will inform all participants whether it will take place. Changes to the schedule are possible.
Bring along
Since we are at all enjoyment stations outdoors and it can get cooler in the evenings, we kindly ask for appropriately warm clothing.

Itinerary: Start in Klösterle around 17:30
1. Enjoyment Station: Reception with Apéro and finger food by Wirtshaus Restaurant Engel | Kneipp and Relax Garden Alfenz
2. Enjoyment Station: Cold starter or soup + 1 glass of wine or kombucha by Wirtschaft Traube | Fish pond at Arlberg Camping in Wald
3. Enjoyment Station: Warm light starter + 1 glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative by Seestüble | Seestüble Klösterle
4. Enjoyment Station: Main course + 1 glass of wine or non-alcoholic alternative | Golf Course Restaurant Braz, terrace by the water
5. Enjoyment Station: Dessert + 1 glass of wine, coffee or non-alcoholic alternative by Traube Braz | In the garden of the Traube Braz Alpen.Spa.Golf.Hotel with a view of the Mason waterfall
Return bus around 22:30 (people can be picked up on the return trip from Braz to Klösterle)

Please inform us about any intolerances and allergies as well as vegetarian options upon registration.
Also, please indicate your mode of arrival in the booking.
Changes to the schedule are possible.
If the date has to be canceled due to bad weather conditions, the full amount will be refunded to all participants.
Requirements
Only in dry weather. We will inform all participants by the registration deadline on June 29th 2026 whether the event will take place.

€ 98.00 per person including a 5-course menu with wine accompaniment, musical entertainment, and bus transfer
Meeting point
Arrival by coach (included):
Meeting point Traube Braz parking lot at 17:00, departure of the coach at 17:15 (Arrival by bus from Bludenz is possible, arrival at 5:08 PM).
Boarding is also possible at a public bus stop on the way from Braz to Klösterle.
Self-arrival in Klösterle:
Meeting point Kneipp and Relax Garden Alfenz at 17:30.
