Tour description

On the final day, there are two equally good options for the descent. Either the trail leads over theSatteinser Alpe, past alpine pastures and through open mountain terrain, or you can choose the descent through theNenzigast Valley,passingtheNenzigast Alpine Hut,whichoffers stunning views of wild, unspoiled scenery. Both routes eventually lead down into the valley toKlösterle, where the three-day tour ends.

Note: The times listed are approximate. Depending on the weather or other factors, the walking time may be shorter or longer.

Day 1: Langen am Arlberg – Bludenzer Alpe – Kaltenberg Hut
Day 2: Kaltenberg Hut – Neue Reutlinger Hut
Day 3: Neue Reutlinger Hut – Satteinser Alpe or Nenzigasttal – Klösterle

Sturdy footwear, warm clothing, rain and sun protection, a snack, a filled water bottle, and hiking poles are recommended. Additionally, bring gear for an overnight stay in a mountain hut. A cell phone for emergencies.
