This course is all about the art of making high-quality vinegar yourself.

This course revolves around the art of making high-quality vinegar on your own – with a special focus on apple cider vinegar. You will learn how to create an aromatic, natural vinegar from fruits, herbs, or other suitable ingredients, and what important steps are involved.

The course instructor provides a clear overview of:

  • the basics of vinegar production,
  • various production methods,
  • the significance of acetic acid and natural microorganisms,
  • and the numerous ways to use vinegar in cooking, household, and health care.


In addition to apple cider vinegar, other varieties of vinegar can also be discussed upon request. Those who have already made their own vinegar are welcome to bring a sample – the acidity can be determined and discussed together during the course.

The course is a practical introduction for anyone who wants to not only use vinegar but also understand and make it themselves.
