Cozy evenings with Tatar Hat grilling & steak delights at FUCHSBAU
On selected Saturdays, FUCHSBAU transforms into a cozy dining spot in the evening. During the Tatar Hat Night, you grill your own meat – organic mountain chicken, organic Angus beef, and local straw-fed pork – directly on the hot Tatar Hat, accompanied by soup, side dishes, and sauces. For all steak lovers, a small but fine steak menu is also available.
In addition to the traditional Tatar Hat heated with burner paste, an electric version with a built-in raclette function is offered as well.
A special highlight: arrival by Ratrac shuttle – an unforgettable experience through the snowy winter landscape from the "Loischkopfbahn" valley station up to the FUCHSBAU and back.
