Tour description
On the first day, take the bus (line 580) from Brand or walk via Schattenlagant to the valley station of the Lünerseebahn cable car. From here, either walk over the Bösen Tritt or take the cable car to the Douglass Hütte. Turn left along the shore to Alpe Lünersee. Here the path branches off in the direction of Lindauer Hütte. Follow the hiking trail over the Verajoch, on to the Schweizertor, up to the Öfapass and then down to the Lindauer Hütte.
Duration: approx. 4.5 hours (on foot from Brand with Lünerseebahn 6 hours / without Lünerseebahn 7 hours)
