Culture bridge Walgau: Dussa 25 - Pure - Pure Taste with Andrea

“PURE” is a term that is used in various contexts and refers to an unadulterated, clear or original quality . In architecture or design, the term “pure” can reflect minimalist principles that focus on form and function, without superfluous ornamentation or distraction. In keeping with this approach, the opening weekend of the Kultursteg Walgau will be entitled “Dussa 25” in Bludenz and will be enriched with a diverse program.

Everything green from the garden...... PURE taste with green vegetables, green herbs, green oils & green salads, snacks to try & parallel kitchen talk - uncomplicated with “Andrea cooks” from the backyard kitchen. “Andrea cooks” from the backyard kitchen, a Vorarlberg place of pleasure, where she cooks for guests in an uncomplicated & charming way with PUREr passion, using regional, seasonal products whenever possible. It always starts in the kitchen - standing at the aperitif & looking into the pots, right in the middle of “ fine taste”! Surprise menu or concert of your choice, cooking together, cooking events or afterwork - there's something for everyone (just ask).
